A. Requirements for warehouse installation
1. When engaged in cold storage assembling, use composite insulation panels with high bulk density and thickness that meet the requirements. Ensure a secure seal during installation, and maintain a 300mm spacing between rivets.
2.Air coolers should be at least 20cm away from the panels to ensure adequate ventilation. All air cooler hangers should be securely fastened.
3.When assembling the entire cold storage, ensure clearance between the cold storage and the walls and roof. The ground or floor must be level, and the construction environment must be clean.
B. Installation requirements for assembled refrigeration units
1.If the ceiling fan is too heavy, use No. 4 or No. 5 angle iron as a beam. The spacing between the upper and lower sides of the cold storage door should be 100 mm.
2.The gap between the air cooler and the cold storage floor should be greater than the thickness of the air cooler. When selecting the hanging point for the cold storage installation, first consider the location that optimizes air circulation. When loading and unloading the cold storage floor, handle it with care. Apply anti-scratch padding between each floor and the ground. In other words, pay close attention during the assembling of the cold storage system.
3.Material Collection: Collect materials from the parts warehouse according to the engineering design and construction material list, and carefully verify the material and part models.
4.All semi-hermetic and fully hermetic compressors should be equipped with an oil separator and have an appropriate amount of oil added to the oil separator. If the evaporation temperature is below -15°C, a gas-liquid separator should be installed and an appropriate amount of refrigeration oil should be added. When installing a cold storage system, the lintel should span across the roof and wall panels to reduce the load.
5.Transportation: Before installing the cold storage system, the installer should verify the number of cold storage panels according to the delivery note. Secondly, consider the structural orientation of the cold storage system within your assembling strategy.
C. Technical requirements for air cooler installation
1.Before fixing the interior of the cold storage with angle aluminum, seal the cold storage installation with glass glue. Then, secure with angle aluminum and mortise and tenon joints.
2.Install shock-absorbing rubber mounts on the compressor base. Successful cold storage assembling requires attention to these details.
3.When assembling the cold storage floor, apply two coats of glass glue at the joints. Each coat should be 8 mm thick and continuous. Seal the bolt and hanger holes with sealant to prevent cold bridges and air leaks.
